HOST A FRESH FOOD DRIVE
Farms for Food Equityβs Fresh Food Fundraisers are a fresh twist on the classic canned food driveβliterally.
Instead of collecting shelf-stable goods, your school, business, or community group can raise funds that FFE uses to buy fresh, local vegetables directly from Maine farms, delivering them straight to families in need.
This approach not only puts healthier, more nutritious food on tables, but also supports local farmers and keeps our food system strong.
With just $10 providing 20 pounds of potatoes or $50 supplying 75 pounds of squash, your fundraiser can make a big, immediate impactβfeeding neighbors and strengthening farms at the same time.
PARTNER WITH US AS A FUNDING SPONSOR
Our funding sponsorsβbusinesses, foundations, and philanthropic organizationsβplay a critical role in ensuring fresh, local food reaches those who need it most while strengthening the viability of Maineβs small farms.
As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, your contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, making your investment both impactful and financially beneficial.
By partnering with us, youβre not only fueling hunger relief with healthier options, youβre also supporting the local economy, building community resilience, and showcasing your organizationβs commitment to social good.
Together, we can turn generosity into healthy harvests for all.
MORE WAYS YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
